Freedom 1st Insurance Group was founded and opened in 2017 after our owner, Anthony Repinski, sold his agency with Farmers Insurance. He realized that through an independent brokerage he would be able provide more personalized coverages for his clients. Since then, Anthony has brought on a number of producers and team members who strive to create policies that best suit our clients. Personal Lines Producer

Job Overview: The Personal Lines Producer’s primary role entails prospecting, networking and producing new personal lines property and casualty business policies, as well as, servicing and maintaining their retention. The producer will receive commissions on each line of business written. Position offers a flexible schedule with the ability to work from home. Potential for growth within the agency.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct sales, service and solicitation of Property and Casualty business among personal lines
Bind and close new business
Develop accounts and cross sell products and services
Execute a quality control process for policies and quotes for coverage, condition, rating and pricing accuracy
Maximize growth and client retention through superior customer service
Ability to network and generate leads
Create Insurance Proposals and quotes in a timely manner
Follow up on client quotes and referrals
Address client concerns
Pursue continuing education

Qualifications:

High school diploma
No experience required
Interpersonal skills
Ability to pass a background check
Property and Casualty License Preferred, but not required to apply – The license may be obtained after the application process
